Clonmel Lions Club are currently celebrating their 40th year serving the people of Clonmel and surrounding areas. To mark the occasion the Club combined with the Tipperary Association for Special Needs (T.A.S.N.) to hold an elaborate charity gala event in the format of a “James Bond” Black Tie Dinner. We were thrilled when the event sold out in a matter of days but this left us with the dilemma of providing additional space to house the Fun Casino we had arranged for the evening. We contacted Alfresco Marquee Hire and told them of our predicament. Within a few hours they were on site, measured up, price agreed and they returned the following day with a full compliment of staff to erect a fabulous Marquee in the beautiful riverside grounds of Hotel Minella in Clonmel. The Marquee fully complimented the surroundings and provided the ideal setting for our guests. The entire operation was carried out by Alfresco in a very friendly, efficient and totally professional manner and we would gladly use their services again if and when the need arises.
